Remarks & Notes |
Just two days after being released from the paint booth, New England Central Railroad's ex-CORP slug set consisting of GP40CU 3809 and MT-4 809 (formerly an RP-E4 slug) are seen working the head end of the 5-7 day per week Burlington Electric wood chip train that feeds the Joseph C. McNeil Generating Station in Burlington, Vermont. Passing high above the ice-jammed Lamoille River's entrance to the Arrowhead Mountain Lake in East Georgia, the chip train rolls over the Georgia High Bridge. |
