| EMD SD40-2 Nation! Back in April on my way out to the CSX Mohawk Subdivision I made sure to stop by the R.J. Yard. Though everything was still, it was nice to see one of the newly refurbished NS SD40_2's sitting there hooked up with an ex BNSF SD40-2 with an MEC Pan Am Railways SD40-2 in the back. I love seeing just classic EMD power, it's awesome! NS is leasing a couple of these engines to Pan Am as part of the joint venture between Mechanicville and Ayer, Mass. |
