CSX E28011 with sd 40-3 4033 on point, charges upgrade through Hamlin, VA. The train got caught by the defect detector at Carfax, VA. for a hot axle on the 4th locomotive, so the crew crawled at less than 10 mph up to Castle Yard, sat it out, and continued North. Sd 40-2 8409 put on a good show with the black smoke. The engineer, Tim Decker, texted me after his shift and said "Just another day on the railroad."
