Metrolink train #356, powered by F59PHI 884, rolls into the Montclair station hot on the heels of the BNSF Railway California Division Christmas Train on Sunday, December 15th, 2013. Metrolink #356's headlights could be seen trailing the BNSF train for miles, but as they had several station stops to make, they were unable to catch the Christmas train until it stopped in Montclair to unload its passengers. The Metrolink train, however, would arrive in San Bernardino before the BNSF train, since it's stop in Montclair was quite a bit shorter!
