The wispy snow on the ground here west of Yorkville, Illinois is just another reminder of the continuous wind, snowfall, and bitter cold temperatures that have plagued the midwest over the last few days. Though many people were still hunkered down in their homes to avoid the sub-zero temperatures, a trio of Illinois Railway-operated Hudson Bay Railway SD50s make their way southwest towards the US Silica mine at Ottawa.
