Kirk Yard, IN, to Waterloo, IA, manifest train is slowed down as they come in yard limits at Waterloo. This train has been off schedule most of the month of January, running up to 24 hours late or not at all. Also foreign power has been heavy on the trains in Iowa, as seen here with 2 NS powering this short train.
