Having been a quiet day in the area of Northern Maine Junction, a beautiful Saturday in December 2013 was finally salvaged when SJWA was re-crewed West of us in Pittsfield, Maine. Quickly intercepting the westbound, a rewarding pursuit to Waterville followed. From McAllister Road in Clinton, EMD's GP40 class was well represented with three different variations in three different paint schemes. The train itself was a healthy one, curled up and around the noticeable distant grade.
