The north end of the D&R has gotten a lot of attention over the last few years. Big power from UP and BNSF now come as far as Bibler Lumber Company, just past MP1. As you head south, the track gets worse, as shown by this shot just south of Bernice, where 15 is dropping down toward North Dardanelle with a single gon.
