Remarks & Notes
Wasatch Mountain Railway's 70-ton, 3 truck Shay No. 4 makes easy work of ascending the grade from the Provo River crossing up to Casperville Road in Charleston. No 4 was built by Lima in July 1920 and purchased by Yosemite Sugar Pine Lumber Company in November 1929. It can be found today at the Sierra Nevada Logging Museum in White Pines, California.
