Chesapeake & Ohio 614 has turned and is back on its train as it gets ready to leave Terra Alta, W.Va., with the Chessie Safety Express. The trip originated in Cumberland, Md., and featured the long climb up 17 Mile Grade. The downhill trip will be far less spectacular, but first some freight traffic has to get out of the way.
