A high priority manifest destined for Pasco, Wash. traverses one of the many sags of BNSF's KO Subdivision, also known as the Surrey Cutoff. This sag carries the tracks over the Northern Continental Divide, and even though it goes against all logic, the divide is actually located near the bottom of the sag. The divide separates water draining into Hudson's Bay via the Sheyenne River and the Gulf of Mexico via the James River.
