| Cogwheel steamlocomotive HG 3/4 # 9 of the Dampfbahn Furka Bergstrecke (DFB) is pulling a train from Brig directly to Gletsch over the hole railway line with several rack sections, which was opened 100 years ago, today belonging to Matterhorn-Gotthard-Bahn (MGB) from Brig to Oberwald and to the Dampfbahn Furka Bergstrecke (DFB) from Oberwald to Gletsch. The train is on the steady 11.0 grade along the Rotten river near Km 44.5. |
