Coronel seaport in the background "Puerto de Coronel", a private port of public usage and has become the most important multipurpose port in the Bio Bio region. It has specialized in container, break bulk and bulk cargo transference. Train 50.094 of FEPASA, loaded with wooden logs (Eucalyptus) from Horcones (Arauco) and with destination CELCO plant in Nueva Aldea, crosses by the Coronel city, located in the coastal area of the region of Bio-Bio.
