| MCVX 911119 is a classroom designed to instruct emergency responders the appropriot way to handle potential incidents involving Oil trains. The coastline will potentially pick up more oil traffic, with the potential of more violent Bakken crude. UP did a seminar on the friday before hand, now the revamped heritage car waits for the Guadalupe switchers to take it south. |
