The ingeniously-designed, simple cutting blades of Colorado & Southern rotary snowplow No. 99201 light up brightly in the afternoon sun of November 17, 2014, at the Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden. Interconnecting hinged blades swivel automatically, to either get out of the way or start cutting into the snow, depending on the direction of the spinning wheel, with the snow gathered and thrown out the chute and deposited along the right-of-way. Quite the snowblower!
