| A POWER SHORTAGE TAKING IT'S TOLL A shortage of power all across the nation is beginning to take its toll on the Piedmont Division. Atlanta based 204, which is supposed to have three locomotives, scurries through Central, SC with only two leased KCS units. The shortage is beginning to become a real headache for railroads nationwide. |
