Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, became a center of heavy industry during the industrial revolution and was home to the Bethlehem Steel Corporation (founded and based in Bethlehem), which was once the second-largest steel producer in the United States. Norfolk Southern automobile train 15J winds around on of the city's moribund steel mills as it follows the Lehigh River toward Allentown and beyond. A pair of General Electric diesels, Dash 9-44CW 9787 and Dash 8-40CW 8386 (ex-CR 6174), is powering this train on a day as gray as the old steel mill on the last day of March 2015.
