Remarks & Notes 
BNSF 2828 was originally built as a GP30 in 1962 for the CB&Q and painted in the iconic Burlington red and white scheme. It was later acquired by the Burlington Northern and wore a Cascade Green paint scheme. The engine was rebuilt in the 80's as a GP39 and then eventually repainted in the Heritage III scheme. Probably one of the oldest BNSF engines in the H3 scheme.
