In 1961 another 8 Ra # 987-994 were delivered. 2640 kW and capable for 150 km/h, but in regular service with express trains between Stockholm and Gothenburg and Malmö with 130 km/h till the late 1980'. Ra # 846 is in the original paint scheme of the 1950' and operational for the Swedish Railway Museum. She is running light from Gävle via Storvik to Avesta Krylbo, to pull the "City Express" from there to Stockholm in the evening, this on the occasion of 100 years railway electrification in Sweden.
