Vermont Rail System's 2015 Santa Special charters kicked off on Saturday, November 21, when the town of Bellows Falls, Vermont, hosted their annual trip to the 'North Pole' - albeit a bit snowless this year. The train is seen departing the North Pole station - aka Chester Depot - on Saturday afternoon with VTR GP38-3 206 doing the honors.
