This could easily be the 1960s! But it's in fact 2015, where freshly restored 3617 is starred in "Railfan Weekend" (featuring SD45s around the state). Here a classic car (which happened to be passing by) was waved in to be a prop. But this shot is as the car was arriving, making it that much more authentic!
