| Norfolk Southern shoves a load of black diamonds through the town of Appalachia and back into the yard at Andover. Appalachia has been a deceasing town for several years now, and continues to go down hill. With the layoffs of coal miners and shutdowns of mines, there is not much coal anywhere around Southwest Virginia. After layoffs and shutdowns of both NS and CSX in 2015, the coming years may result for worse... |
