The midwest woke up to a windy April 2nd, with 50mph wind gusts across the Mississippi River valley. Western Illinois University's fence next to the former Rock Island mainline couldn't take the 50mph gusts, and blew down right across the mainline, forcing 505 to have to hold the main for more than three hours...
