Remarks & Notes 
Three EMD locomotives in different stages of overhaul sit outside on the huge Downing B. Jenks Locomotive Shop at North Little Rock, Arkansas, on the afternoon of May 19, 2015. GP38-2 No. 689 and SD40-2 No. 3361 are in the middle of rebuilds, with the 3361 being transformed into a SD40N. In the background is freshly-repainted SD70M No. 4895
