After meeting the westbound California Zephyr, EMD starts testing its Tier-4 prototypes. UP's units are pulling east, but will soon throttle down and enter full dynamics. At that point, the SD70ACe-T4s will throttle up and their performance will be tested from Tabernash over to East Portal, through the Moffat Tunnel.
