Remarks & Notes
It is a warm night in June of 1952, a Georgia Railroad crew is in the process of building a train to be taken east to Agusta with a two year old GARR GP7. The gondola they are picking up here would prove very problematic during the train's trip. In all reality, Southeastern Railway Museum's 1026 pauses briefly after dropping a train used for the museum's night photoshoot which would feature a staged hot box on the gondola mentioned previously.

A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
