Remarks & Notes
De-Push Mode

Running about 18 minutes late, Metrolink train 689 (Irvine to Los Angeles) approaches the station in Orange, California, on July 13, 2016. As with most Metrolink train in 2016, a leased BNSF AC4400CW 5662 is leading because the carrier is not trusting that the pilots on the Korean-built cab cars is sufficiently braced to allow trains to operate with a cab car leading while in push-mode. Metrolink F59PHI 874 is shoving on the rear.
