Passengers enjoy a refreshing view of the Canadian Rockies, as well as Canadian National’s main line, on VIA Rail No. 5 at Geikie, Alberta, on August 7, 2016. Once known as the “Skeena” Nos. 5 and 6 operate between Jasper, Alberta, and Prince Rupert, British Columbia, and are neat “vest pocket” streamliners. This train consists of F40PH-3 No. 6414, a baggage car, a coach and bringing up the markers, classy dome-observation “Strathcona Park.”
