This location is the starting of the CSX Western and Atlantic Sub (WA) via of mile post WA- 137.3 the northern most point of this historic line. MP J-149.9 is the starting point of the CSX Chattanooga Sub (J-line) which both still stand on the Nashville, and the Atlanta Div Timetable.
