A Mid-American Christmas The clock is ticking, and now the Mobile, AL bound NS 42A is officially plan out of Chattanooga as of 4pm this evening, but yet no crew has been called to take the train. Illinois Central 1017 is 40 SD70 that was bought by its original owner in the early to mid 1990s, and ironically the SD70 were the last newest locomotive that was purchase by the IC before the Illinois Central was merger by Canadian Nation. Its amazing to see even after 18 years since the Illinois Central was bought out, the Image of the IC still stand through these SD70, and a few other older IC equipment that hasn't got painted.
