A lot of time this year has been spent documenting the last days of the PRR-era signals along NS's mainline from Harrisburg to Pittsburgh, PA. One of my favorite spots, the MP 211 signal bridge in the middle of the long Barree straightaway, witnesses a meeting of old and new just after sunrise as a months-old ET44AC leads an empty coal train west under the classic structure.
