A meet made in Paradise (Pennsylvania)! An early morning freight move on Friday, 12/30/2016 on the Strasburg Rail Road is met by Amtrak Keystone Service Train #646. Amtrak cab car 9646 began life as Metroliner 813 (Budd 1967, ordered by Pennsylvania Railroad, received by Penn Central Railroad) and Strasburg's 90 (Baldwin Locomotive Works 1924, 2-10-0) originally operated for Great Western Railway.
