Still clawing away at Merriam Hill on the BNSF Ft. Scott Sub., the engineer on UP Train AAMEW 07 has his only running steed pulling about 1,200 amps and the sanders are on, as the conductor tries another unsuccessful attempt at starting the trailing SD60I. The elderly Louisville & Nashville veteran wound up pulling the dead engine and the following 86 cars up the hill by itself at a blazing 8 MPH, and did not disappoint the ears, or the eyes in doing so.
