Monongahela Super 7-23B 2308 idles near the engine terminal in Brownsville, Pennsylvania. The Monongahela bought eleven of the sixteen factory-rebuilt U23B’s, which were upgraded to late Dash 7/early Dash 8 standards. This particular unit began life as Western Pacific U23B 2260, and is now Arkansas-Oklahoma 4098.
