| After spending more than an hour in the Oakland Coach Yard having a "mainline plug" addressed, Amtrak 11 pauses at Jack London Square to complete its station work before continuing south for Los Angeles. In the background, Amtrak's iconic "pointless arrow" resides atop the depot's pedestrian bridge - still watching over the daily parade of passenger trains in Oakland. |
