Remarks & Notes

While CSX's Croton West Yard used to see a fair number of freight moves every day, these days it mostly just plays host the occasional outlawed train. Q431-15 left Selkirk, New York on 7/15/2016 and made it only this far due to various complications and tied down for the weekend. Good timing allows us to catch Amtrak's train 238 on Sunday, 7/16/2016 with P32-DM 704 (Phase III) leading.
