Vintage tram # 579 of Carris, the tram system of Lisboa (Eléctricos de Lisboa), running on the line 28 to Prazeres round the sharp curve at Portas do Sol. This is one of the "Remodelado" type, built between 1935 and 1940 and completely rebuilt with new electric system from Kiepe and new frames from MAN between 1995 and 1996. Carris is operating 45 of this modernised 2 axle trams with wooden carbody, they circulate on the lines 12E, 18E, 25E und 28E, and 15E in the evening hours.
