Follow the White Cloud

This is the first image I took of the Nittany & Bald Eagle's Tyrone turn the day after winter storm Stella dumped the only significant snowfall of the season on Central Pennsylvania. A friend and I, knowing nothing had run on the branch since the storm, went up to Milesburg to chase them down the valley. Once the train hit track speed (40 mph), it was akin to chasing a billowing white cloud than a train thanks to the powdery drifts that had accumulated over the rails.
