On a gorgeous November morning, hotshot UPS train 202 makes its way north across the Compton Trestle. They're less than 8 hours from the final destination of Rutherford, PA, as they roll up the Shenandoah River valley, and through no doubt some of the most beautiful scenery along the near 1,000 mile trip.
The Shenandoah Valley of Virginia boasts some impressive scenery and trains, some of the best in the state. This album is for all photos taken in the Shenandoah Valley.
