V28 with NS SD40-2 3484, running long hood forward, crosses over 14th Street. NS 3484 was originally built as BN 7280 in 1980 and has operated under five owners: Burlington Northern, BNSF, First Union Rail, National Railway Equipment and Norfolk Southern.
