| The northbound Pacific Surfliner from Los Angeles to San Luis Obispo meets the pacific coast for the first time today after having just departed Ventura. At this point, the 101 between Santa Barbara and Carpenteria was still closed by mudlside debris, however the highway just reopened Sunday, meaning the extra AmCal equipment will be heading back home this week. |
