A HXN3 haul a empty coal train bound for Baiyinhua, you could see a lot of poles on both sides of the railway, and a worker climbed on a pole, obviously this railway is being electrified improvement ,so the HXN3 will be replaced by electric locomotive in the future, that's not a good news.
