Remarks & Notes
SEPTA's lone ALP-44 pushes a set of Horizon cars east through Woodbourne station in Langhorne, PA. The unit was received as part of a damage settlement for a lawsuit stemming from the late delivery of N5 cars for SEPTA's Norristown High Speed Line. Thirty three units were built, 32 of which went to NJT, all since retired making No. 2308 the last operating unit on the planet. Its days are numbered, however, as several Siemens ACS-64 replacements have arrived and are expected to enter service this month.
