Remarks & Notes
Newport, Vermont is holding a Centennial Celebration in 2018 and on July 1, hosted a series of special excursions on Central Maine & Quebec and Vermont Railway trackage as part of the events. CMQ GP38M-3 3812 is leading a trio of Green Mountain Railroad passenger cars, along with Vermont Railway GP40-2 303, cross the confluence of Lake Memphremagog and the Clyde River over a low trestle on the way to Orleans for a round trip. This is the rear of the train as it crosses.
