Remarks & Notes |
An empty oil train works up the Marquette Sub near New Albin. The railroad gets away from the Mississippi River as they go land side as they swing out of the Kains Siding towards New Albin along a few Wildlife Management Areas located along highway 26 near the Pool Slough. The train is about 34 miles north of Marquette in far northeastern Iowa. The train will turn the corner for the Tomah Sub in 18 miles at LaCrescent. Glad to see this 9817 leader in newer paint! |
