Dakota, Missouri Valley & Western’s eastbound “corn train” is crawling through the curves and undulating grade profile approaching milepost 381 west of Braddock, North Dakota, on August 30, 2018. Two of DMVW’s SD60Fs power the train of empties that will be loaded at grain elevators located on the Dakota Subdivision. DMVW bought EMD SD60F Nos. 5500, 5501 and 5544 in October 2017, and they currently still retain their CN paint scheme.
