The latest leaser to arrive on the Vermont Rail System property is the replacement for the wrecked GMTX 2684, which had significant carbody damage in a collision with a log truck last month. GMTX GP38-2 2674 arrived off of Pan Am Railways train EDBF on February 25 and is seen along the frozen Connecticut River at Bellows Falls, Vermont, on February 26, enroute to Rutland and placement into service. GMTX 2674 was last reportedly working on the Great Sandhills Railway in SK, Canada and is the ex-LLPX 2013; exx-CSXT 1952; exxx-CR 7682; and nee-PC 7682.
