| CSX coal train N019 is back on the move again after meeting two at the new control point of Woodland. For those not familiar with the area, the former South End Woodland Siding control point seen here was moved 200 feet southward to this location during a large double track project that began in Jan of 2017. This project would not only move the south end of the siding but also extended the North End of Woodland Siding on towards the city of Manchester 3.9 miles away. The extensions at both ends would give CSX a nice 4 mile double track mainline that would help to improve the flow of trains in the area as this is the heavily traveled CSX route from Jacksonville to Chicago. |
