| A late afternoon stack train exits Tunnel 3.9 and is about to enter Tunnel 4. The railroad skirts the Middle Fork of the Flathead River from West Glacier to Essex and follows the southern boundary of Glacier National Park through the majority of Marias pass. The incredible scenery makes for some fantastic, and relatively accessible, photo opportunities along Highway 2. |
