| Unbeknown to me, this would be my last shot likely ever of a former Conrail SD60M in revenue service on CSXT as the local yard job rounds the curve with the port interchange at CP-SK back to Selkirk Yard on a warm Sunday afternoon. Two days later both the 8761(shown) and 8760 would be retired from service by CSXT. By the end of the week the last two surviving SD60Ms on the roster the 8767 & 8759 would also be retired ending another era on the CSXT as cab signaled AC44s replaced these units for Hudson Line service by the end of June. |
